Become a Mission of Mercy Volunteer – Make a Lasting Impact — At Mission of Mercy, we provide free medical, vision, dental, mental health care and education through a volunteer-driven, physician-centered model. With the dedication of approximately 140 volunteers and a small, compassionate staff, we deliver high-quality, dignified care to those in need.

Why Volunteer?

By joining our team, you will play a vital role in restoring dignity and providing life-changing healthcare to individuals who are uninsured. Our physician volunteers often serve on a consistent schedule, fostering meaningful doctor-patient relationships. All volunteer physicians hold a current Texas license and are covered under Mission of Mercy’s medical malpractice policy.

In addition to medical roles, volunteers contribute to special events, marketing, fundraising, and office support, ensuring that our mission thrives beyond the clinic.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are actively seeking volunteers for the following roles:

• Healthcare Professionals – Physicians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LVNs, EMTs, Dentists, and Dental Hygienists are needed to provide compassionate, free medical care while upholding our mission of “Healing through Love.”
• Data Entry Assistants – Help maintain accurate patient records. Training provided.
• Office Assistants – Support our mission behind the scenes by assisting with mailouts, event invitations, and administrative tasks.
