Mission of Mercy is seeking a full-time Medical Director or Staff Clinician (Physician or Nurse Practitioner) to join our dedicated team – Maryland or Pennsylvania-licensed, or both. This role offers 30+ hours per week, providing compassionate, high-quality primary care to underserved adults with chronic health conditions through our mobile medical program.

Working alongside the Medical Director and Clinic Director, you’ll be on the front lines delivering direct patient care—focusing on what drew many providers to medicine in the first place: caring for patients without the administrative burdens that often accompany traditional practice.
