Bring your completed Donation Form and gift to the Community Foundation between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. anytime between now and November 6.
Mail it in
Complete the Donation Form and mail it with your gift to:

Please mail your donation early to ensure we have your gift in time for Giving Spree on November 6.

Review the Participant List, then visit ACCFGivingSpree.org
on November 6 any time between 12:01 a.m. and 12:00 midnight to complete your donation online. It’s quick, convenient and secure.
