Arizona Health Partnership Fund

The Mission of Mercy Arizona Health Partnership Fund (EIN 82-0635905) was founded in 2017 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting organization, existing solely for the direct support of Mission of Mercy Arizona medical clinics and its patients. Mission of Mercy is the only completely free mobile medical unit dispensing free prescription medications on-site  in Arizona. Supporting it’s six clinic sites throughout Maricopa County allows the the Arizona Health Partnership Fund to give thousands of patients access to free medical visits, prescription medications and empowerment through health education. The Arizona Health Partnership Fund is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO 20941) within the state of Arizona, qualifying for the Arizona state tax credit. The Arizona State Tax Credit allows donors to donate up to a specified amount and deduct it dollar-for-dollar from their tax liability. Please consult your CPA or tax preparer with questions.
