Guadalupe first came to Mission of Mercy in 2017 with an A1C of 11.1, high blood pressure, and depression. Through medication and education, Guadalupe has learned to managed her diabetes and blood pressure.

She was also diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy which is caused by diabetic complications that can lead to blindness. Our medical team and volunteer physicians are securing the necessary surgery to help stabilize the disease progression so that Guadalupe can continue to work and care for her family.

“I am very grateful for Mission of Mercy. When patients need help they are always there for us. I give thanks to God that I found them. Please donate to Mission of Mercy. They work with us patients to help get us get better and to get our labs and everything because we need that. If not for YOUR donations, we would not have anywhere to go so I really, really hope everyone will support Mission of Mercy because they help a lot of people.” says Guadalupe
