This recognition highlights our commitment to <strong>\u201cHealing Through Love\u201d<\/strong> by providing <strong>free healthcare and prescription medications<\/strong> to uninsured individuals in the Valley through our six mobile medical clinics.<\/p>\n<h3>A Legacy of Compassion and Care<\/h3>\n<p>Mission of Mercy Arizona was founded in <strong>1997<\/strong> by <strong>Gianna Talone-Sullivan<\/strong>, a pharmacist and woman of faith who saw a desperate need for accessible healthcare services. What started as two clinics in Phoenix and Mesa has now expanded to <strong>six mobile medical sites across Maricopa County<\/strong>, serving nearly <strong>2,000 patients<\/strong> who consider MOM their medical home.<\/p>\n<p>For our patients, MOM is a lifeline\u2014<strong>91% of those we serve live with chronic conditions<\/strong> such as <strong>type 2 diabetes and hypertension<\/strong>. Without our care, many would have nowhere to turn for essential medical attention and medication.<\/p>\n<h3>Overcoming Challenges &amp; Growing Our Impact<\/h3>\n<p>While our impact is significant, the <strong>greatest challenge<\/strong> we face is <strong>securing sustainable funding<\/strong> to meet the increasing demand for our services. With <strong>rising healthcare costs and a growing uninsured population<\/strong>, we continually seek new funding sources, grants, and <strong>community support<\/strong> to continue providing high-quality care at no cost to patients.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, <strong>our goals for 2025<\/strong> include:<br \/>\n\u2705 <strong>Expanding<\/strong> our reach to serve more patients.<br \/>\n\u2705 <strong>Enhancing<\/strong> services for those with complex health conditions.<br \/>\n\u2705 <strong>Growing<\/strong> our volunteer base of medical professionals and support staff.<br \/>\n\u2705 <strong>Securing<\/strong> additional funding to sustain and strengthen our programs.<\/p>\n<h3>How You Can Help<\/h3>\n<p>There are many ways to <strong>support Mission of Mercy Arizona<\/strong> and make a real difference in the lives of those in need:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc99 <strong>Donate:<\/strong> Every $100 donation covers a <strong>new patient medical visit<\/strong>, including labs and medication.
