The Mission of Mercy Arizona program is currently accepting new patients by appointment. Please call the appointment line below to speak with the scheduler.

If you are a current patient in need of prescription medication refills, be sure to go to your home clinic listed on the schedule to ensure your medical records are on-site and available. Medication refill hours are 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

**We DO NOT provide dental services at our Arizona clinics – only medical and primary care.**
