Dental care is either unavailable, or an unaffordable luxury for the patients we care for. It is common to find severe decay and infection, and, along with that, constant pain. Untreated infections often lead to other serious healthcare issues. Extractions and filings are the remedy for most, and healing is usually swift. Mission of Mercy’s dental program is fully mobile; operating with a portable treatment chair, x-ray machine, light, high-speed autoclave, multiple sets of prepackaged instruments, hand tools, compressor, and auxiliary electric generator.
